Carl Sage completed the Youth.inc work- readiness programme and was then successful in gaining an apprenticeship with Qtaq. Carl found it difficult finding work before Youth.inc.

What were you doing before you started the Youth.Inc course?
I was looking and applying for jobs.

Why did you choose the Youth.Inc course? 
I liked the idea of getting a qualification with personal development support with things like interviews and CV writing. Getting that experience was appealing.

How will your Youth.Inc Apprenticeship help you in the future?
I have experience and the confidence to handle different customers now and that will help me in the future. 

Did you enjoy the experience offered through your training programme?
It was a lot easier than I thought it would be and I met some good friends when I was there.

How are you finding your work placement?
I really enjoy IT and love where I work.

What do you feel you’ve learnt from the Youth.Inc Apprenticeship programme so far?
I feel that I have learnt many different aspects of customer service roles. For example the correct way to deal with any problems or confusion which may occur in the work place.

Would you recommend the Youth.Inc programme to anybody else?
